Buzz lets you automate your campaigns for smarter, more effective outreach. With advanced tracking and targeting, boosting sales and revenue has never been easier.
Before you begin your marketing campaigns, you will want to consider a bit of preparation. When you’ve planned ahead, creating your campaigns with Buzz will feel like a walk in the park.
How to Plan Your Campaign
1. It’s important to plan what kind of campaign you want to run. You must make a decision on what copy you want use, whether that’s emails or short direct messages, to ensure maximum effectiveness of your campaign;
2. Next, it’s a good idea to decide on an ideal customer profile (ICP). This will ensure you target the right potential customers, and will help you formulate what the overall message will be in your copy. Most of all, knowing your ICP will ensure you receive the best possible response rate;
3. Find any posts or events that you want to target. You can include the links to these in your campaign, and Buzz will automatically target everyone who’s engaged with the chosen event or post;
4. It's always a good idea to check your Account Settings and make sure that you configure them according to the results you desire.
Creating Your Campaign
Once you have planned out your campaign, head to your home dashboard by typing dash.buzz.ai into your search engine and logging in with your Buzz credentials.
Follow these next steps to create a successful campaign with Buzz:
1. In the top right-hand corner, click on the big blue + Create New Campaign button.
2. You will be asked to choose between a Simple, Smart, or Magic campaign.
3. Once you have selected your campaign type, name your campaign, insert any links to posts or events you want to target with your search, and select the sequence for your outreach.
You can also add search URLs from the Social Sales Navigator if needed, though it's not required.

4. If the AI Employee feature is available on your workspace, you will also need to decide whether to include it in your campaign. They can chat with customers on your behalf and book meetings. Learn how to set up and customize your AI Employee in this article.
5. Next, click on the blue + Add Step button. This will present you with a number of different actions you can add to create your campaign.
6. Select the actions that best fit your campaign. For a Social campaign, you have the option to include actions like Send Connection Request and Send Message, but they are not required. For each action, add the copy that aligns with your outreach strategy.
You can also enhance your step with the following options:
Video – Record and add personalized videos to make your message stand out.
AI Message – Generate a message using our built-in AI.
Calendly – Schedule a meeting with your prospect.
Approval – Enable manual approval for this step.
Preview – See how your message will appear in your prospect's inbox.

7. Adjust the delays on your actions — you don’t want them all to happen at once! Use the timer buttons on the action widget to adjust the delays.
NOTE: This setting determines the earliest time a step can be executed. However, a one-hour delay does not guarantee the step will run exactly in one hour. Execution depends on factors like campaign settings, limits, and other technical aspects.
8. Add any additional automated actions, such as auto-following Social profiles, via the Perform Action step. Please note that these actions spend your Views of profiles limit. To learn more about the limit, check out this article.
9. After you have configured all the steps, hit the Run Campaign button at the bottom of the screen. Or, if you’re not quite finished, you can Save your campaign as a draft to access again later.
