With Buzz, you have the flexibility to choose from three different types of campaign sequences: Simple sequences, Smart sequences, and the AI-driven Magic sequence.

In this guide, we will explore each of these campaign types to help you determine which one best aligns with your strategic goals.

Simple

Simple sequences are straightforward, linear sequences that follow a predefined order.

When designing your campaign, you will construct it step-by-step, ensuring that each outreach action occurs only after the preceding step has been completed.

To begin creating a simple campaign, select Add Step.

You can select from a range of steps tailored to fit your specific campaign strategy.

For instance, your Simple Sequence might look something like this:

Notice that for each step, you have the option to enable or disable manual approval. This can be configured separately for each step in the sequence.

Additionally, you can set custom delays to control the timing of each step, allowing for precise scheduling of outreach actions.

Smart

Smart sequences are more sophisticated, employing conditional logic based on the outcomes of previous steps.

They operate on an "if-then" basis—if one action occurs, then a specific follow-up happens; if not, an alternative path is taken. This enables a more adaptive approach to your outreach efforts.

For example, a Smart Sequence might include the following logic: If a connection request is accepted, send a follow-up message; if the request is not accepted, send an email to the recipient's personal address.

This creates a dynamic sequence that allows for multiple outreach strategies depending on the responses received.

Below is a sample of what a smart sequence might look like, created with the Sequence Builder tool.

In a smart sequence, Lead Source refers to the origin or channel through which a potential customer, or lead, is acquired.

Magic

The Magic campaign is an advanced sequence type powered by artificial intelligence and designed to optimize your outreach efforts.

Keep in mind that each Magic Campaign you create requires 40 credits.

You can select from four different campaign types, depending on your outreach goals and the specific tools you wish to integrate into your strategy. As an illustration, let us consider the Social + Email type.

Upon selection, you will be presented with a template for your campaign. To personalize the message, click on any field and either select an appropriate alternative from the dropdown menu or input your own text.

At the next step, you are free to choose a case study to show your prospects the example of your previous work. These templates are also customizable, and you can do so by inputting data that is relevant to your line of work. You can add several of such case studies.

In the next step, you can opt to include a case study to demonstrate your previous work to potential clients. These templates are fully customizable, allowing you to input information that is pertinent to your industry or expertise. You may include multiple case studies to showcase a diverse range of examples.

Buzz offers three campaign options—Simple, Smart, and AI-powered Magic sequences— each designed to suit different outreach strategies. Choose the one that best fits your needs to optimize engagement and achieve your marketing goals efficiently.
