Understanding "Outside of Campaigns" Prospects in Buzz
Updated over 3 weeks ago

In Buzz, the "Outside of Campaigns" category includes prospects who are not currently assigned to any active campaign. These are leads that exist in your database but are not being engaged through automated outreach sequences.

How Do Prospects End Up in "Outside of Campaigns"?

There are three ways a prospect can be categorized as "Outside of Campaigns":

  1. Removing a campaign – If you delete a campaign, all prospects that were part of it will no longer be associated with any campaign and will move to the "Outside of Campaigns" category.

  2. Removing a prospect from a campaign – If you manually remove a prospect from a campaign, they will no longer be engaged in that campaign and will be placed in the "Outside of Campaigns" section.

  3. Fetching a conversation from Social Platform Inbox – If Buzz imports a prospect’s conversation from your Social Platform inbox but that prospect is not assigned to any campaign, they will be classified as "Outside of Campaigns."

How to View "Outside of Campaign" Prospects?

To view all prospects in this category, follow these steps:
