In the Buzz system, each prospect added to a campaign is given a designated status reflecting the progression of their path within the campaign. Therefore, understanding how prospect statuses operate is crucial.

All statuses are grouped into three main categories:

1. Prospect Communication

This category encompasses the following statuses: NEW, CONTACTED, CONNECTED, REPLIED, UNREACHABLE.

NEW: The prospect has just been added to the campaign and is awaiting initial contact.

CONTACTED: Prospects who have been reached at least once via steps such as Send Connection Request, Send InMail, Send Message, or Invite by Email.

CONNECTED: Prospects who have accepted your connection request on Social.

REPLIED: Prospects who have responded to Emails or Social messages. Campaigns for these prospects are automatically paused upon reply.

UNREACHABLE: It is highly likely that such a profile does not exist. If you go to the prospect's page, you will see a notification saying "This page does not exist".

2. Lead Status

The statuses under this category are LEAD, CUSTOMER, and EXCLUDED.

If no specific status is assigned, it defaults to None (empty).

You can assign custom tags such as Lead or Customer. To do this, navigate to your Inbox, click on a prospect, and select Mark as Lead in the right-hand sidebar.

After that, the Mark as Customer button will appear in the interface, and you can use it if needed.

This group also includes the EXCLUDED status, which applies when a prospect does not appear in results, often due to Blacklist restrictions.

Prospects in these statuses will be shown when the appropriate filters are applied.

3. Pending

This category contains the PENDING status.

When an action cannot be executed for a prospect, they are assigned a Pending status due to a specific Stuck reason.

You can find out more about various types of Stuck reasons here.

To view prospects with this status, simply select Pending and click Apply filters.

By default, the Prospects list omits those with PENDING, EXCLUDED, and UNREACHABLE statuses.

To display these prospects, simply click on the Filter icon in the Prospects tab, select the desired status from the options provided, and hit Apply filters. This will reveal prospects with those specific statuses.

You can also view prospects by a particular status within a campaign. Navigate to the Campaign tab, find the desired campaign, and select the status (e.g., Contacted). This will generate a list of all prospects currently holding that status in the selected campaign.
