How to Change Your Account Settings

If you’re struggling to locate specific settings, this article is designed to guide you.

The majority of settings can be accessed through your Buzz dashboard. This article will walk you through which settings can be customized and the steps to access them.

Navigate to the Settings tab on your dashboard to access your account settings.

Each of the sections can help you tailor your experience and customize your set-up.

Account Settings

  • Here, you can update your Social account password, verify your account type, and monitor the status of your subscription. Additionally, you can track your Social Selling Index (SSI) score.

  • Further down, you’ll find the Inbox Sync Interval Settings. This section allows you to configure the synchronization period of your Social Inbox during and outside operating hours by adjusting the toggles to match your preferences.

For example, this value is set to 20 minutes within System Operating Hours.

In this case, the Inbox is programmed to synchronize at intervals of 20 minutes, which is the upper limit for synchronization frequency. In practice, it works as follows:

  1. Message 1 is received.

  2. The bot initiates synchronization.

  3. Five minutes pass.

  4. Message 2 is received.

  5. The bot remains idle for an additional 15 minutes.

  6. The bot then synchronizes again.

In the absence of new notifications, synchronization does not occur.

Possible reasons for long intervals between synchronizations include:

  1. The bot missing a notification.

  2. The scheduler is not generating tasks (meaning our system is not generating any tasks, which leads to inaction).

  3. A server crash.

  4. A dead proxy.

  5. Reduced synchronization frequency during the account's non-operating hours.

  6. The system may occasionally neglect the 20-minute synchronization interval to avoid the risk of a ban.

To refresh a dialog with a specific prospect, you can:

  • find the dialog in the Inbox

  • click the three-dot menu

  • press Refresh dialog

To refresh the Inbox manually, press the synchronization button in the Inbox.

The task will be executed and the dialog will be synchronized.

If you want to delete your account, this can also be done on this page by scrolling down and selecting Delete Account in the bottom right corner.

Account Limits

This section serves as a hub for everything related to your daily campaign limits and other features designed to enhance your outreach efforts.

  • Here, you can decide whether your campaigns should run on weekends, activate the Connection Requests Booster™, InMails Booster, Instant searches, or Bypass personalization limit. These options can be toggled on or off based on your preferences and desired outcomes.

  • Moving down, you will see the Warming-up setting. By selecting this, you can set the minimum and maximum number of steps and actions performed daily during the initial account setup phase, as well as the daily increment of their volume, allowing for a gradual ramp-up of activity.

  • In the Limits per day section, you can adjust your limits, setting specific ranges for each parameter.

Please note that these limits are distributed across all campaigns in your account, rather than being allocated to each campaign individually.

Views of Profiles: number of profiles viewed per day

Connection Requests: number of connection requests sent per day

Messages: number of messages sent out per day

Please note that when a campaign includes a Send message step following a Send connection request step, the message will only be sent once the connection request has been accepted. Consequently, the actual number of messages delivered may vary from the number set in the limits.

InMails: number of InMails sent out per day

Pages Searched: number of pages searched per day

When the Instant searches setting is toggled on, the Pages Searched limit becomes inactive and the search continues until all profiles included in the link are added.

Event Invites: number of invites sent per day

Comments: number of comments left per day

Emails: number of emails sent per day

At the bottom of the section, you can set the limit of InMails sent using the Social Sales Navigator account. You can find out more in the article dedicated to InMails.

Account Location

In this section, you can manage your time zone, system operating hours, and configure a custom proxy. You can choose a proxy country from the list or set a specific proxy to match your needs.

Blacklist

This area allows you to exclude specific keywords from campaign searches. You can either manually enter these keywords or upload a CSV file containing them. A list of the attributes considered for blacklisting is provided below in the screenshot.

Pending Connections

In this section, you can set the amount of the oldest pending profiles that you want deleted and limit the total number of pending connections.

After the connection request is withdrawn, the prospect is moved to the NEW section with the notification Connect with this profile was withdrawn. Resending the connection request to the prospects is possible only after three weeks since the day of the initial withdrawal.

Signatures

Here, you can create and manage custom signatures to use in Emails sent through your campaigns. To find out more about adding new signatures and incorporating images, please visit this article.

Voicemails
