Buzz can streamline your sales activity and outreach by automating tasks like sending connection requests through the Social Platform.
Over time, pending connections will accumulate, but you can set limits to control how many are active at once.
Follow these simple steps to access your pending connections limits:
1. Head to the Settings tab, which you can find on the left-hand menu from your home dashboard.
2. Click on Pending Connections.
3. To activate the feature, toggle on the Delete oldest pending invitations setting:
Number of Connections to Be Deleted Per Day: The maximum number of connections that can be withdrawn in a single day.
Maximum Pending Connections: The highest number of sent connection requests allowed at any given time. If this limit is exceeded, the system will automatically withdraw the oldest pending requests.
Note: The system withdraws the oldest pending connection requests from the last pages of your Social Profile CR list. However, these pages may sometimes include recent requests (less than two weeks old). Since we only withdraw requests older than two weeks, your set withdrawal limits may not always be reached.
Additionally, the system only removes connection requests from the last three pages of the list to prevent potential restrictions on your account.
