The Email Sending Range settings provide you with full control over your email strategy, allowing you to configure unique sending ranges for each individual mailbox (both integrated and AI Email Service).
The Email Sending Range setting is located in the Mailboxes tab, where you can select a specific mailbox and adjust its range.
Email Sending Limits
Integrated Mailboxes: The sending range is set based on your current email limits per account, but you can adjust it as needed up to 300 per mailbox.
AI Email Service Mailboxes: Each AI mailbox is configured to send a maximum of 25 emails per day once the warmup period has ended. After your AI mailbox is warmed, you can customize the limit within the 25 per day range.
How It Works
The email sending range per integrated mailbox can be set between 0 and 300 emails per day.
Each day, the system will randomly select a number of emails to send within the configured range and will not exceed that number.
📌NOTE: The actual total sending limit is determined by your email provider. If a mailbox is linked to multiple accounts, the total email sending capacity will depend on the email provider's policy.
Email Provider Limits
This information is for reference only and may change as email service providers update their policies. For the most accurate details, check with your specific provider.
Google:
Free Gmail accounts: Up to 500 emails per day
Paid Google Workspace accounts: Up to 2000 emails per day
Microsoft Outlook:
Microsoft does not publicly disclose exact limits, but verified accounts with good reputations typically have a cap of around 300 emails per day.
New or low-reputation accounts may have stricter limits (10-100 emails per day). So, even if you have set a 200-250 sending range in Buzz, you new or low-reputation Outlook account is likely to send no more than 100 emails.
Limits reset on a rolling 24-hour basis, with a maximum of 100 recipients per email.
To optimize your email-sending strategy, review your email provider’s daily sending limits, set an optimal sending range for each of your connected mailboxes, and configure your Buzz settings accordingly.
What to Do If Your Mailbox is Connected to Multiple Accounts
If one mailbox is connected to multiple Accounts, the configured daily sending ranges for each account will be summed, but the total will not exceed the limits imposed by your email provider.
For example, if you have one Free Gmail mailbox connected to 2 Accounts, each with a daily sending range of 299–300, the total sending from that mailbox won't be 598-600: it'll be capped at 500 by Gmail.
If your mailbox is linked to multiple Accounts, you will see the following notification in your mailbox settings:
💡 If you want to get the most out of this mailbox’s sending range, go through all your connected Accounts manually and disconnect the mailbox where needed.
If the notification still appears after you’ve disconnected the mailbox from all other Accounts, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
