Manual approval is a feature in the Buzz system that allows you to manually review and approve specific steps in your campaign.

You can enable manual approval for any step that involves text. For example, when you activate manual approval for the Send Message step, this is how it will appear during setup.

When manual approval is toggled on, you will be required to approve each relevant step. You will see the approval request displayed in the Prospects tab.

You have three options:

  • Approve: The step will proceed as planned.

  • Skip: The step will be bypassed, and the campaign will continue with the next step.

  • Hold: The prospect will be moved to Pending with a Profile action was held notification. The task remains active and will resume once you approve it.

To review tasks needing approval for a specific prospect, go to their info card, select Tasks from the menu, and manage the approval by choosing to hold, skip, or approve the task.

You can also filter your prospects by their approval status. To do this, navigate to the Prospects tab, click the filter icon, select Approval Status, and check the box next to the status you want to filter.

Please note that the Skipped status is currently not trackable in our system.

Workspace-wide Manual Approval

The following information is intended for admin accounts. If you’re not an admin, you won’t be able to access this information.

You can also enable manual approval for an entire workspace. To do this, navigate to the Admin panel, select the desired workspace, then go to Manage > Enable Manual Approval. Once enabled, every step that contains text will require manual approval.

If you have any questions or encounter any issues while setting up or using manual approval, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
