How to Set Up and Use Buzz Dialer in Your Campaigns

Buzz Dialer is a tool designed for sales outreach that allows users to make phone calls directly from the Buzz platform. It helps streamline and automate outbound calling efforts, enabling sales teams to quickly engage with leads and prospects. Buzz Dialer seamlessly integrates with the broader Buzz platform to support multi-channel communication efforts in sales and outreach campaigns.

How to Get a Dialer Number

  1. Click the Phone icon on the top right of your Workspace.

2. To get a new phone number, click Get Started or +New Number. To see the numbers you are currently paying for, click Switch.

3. Select the country and the phone category to the geographical area for the phone number. If you would like these numbers to send text, toggle on the SMS option.

If you would like the number to handle inbound calls and texts, enter a redirect number.

4. Specify how many phone numbers you wish to buy using the provided configuration.

5. Click Purchase.

Please note: The availability and pricing of the numbers may vary depending on the region.

The phone numbers you purchase will be automatically renewed monthly and the payment will be deducted from your Buzz Credits.

How to Add Dialers to Your Campaigns

  1. Choose or create a campaign.

  2. Click Add Step for a simple campaign or Open Sequence Builder for a smart campaign.

  3. Select a dialer option Make a Call or Send SMS.

4. When you select Make a Call, you will see the following options:

  • Enter the note or call script you would like to use for this call.

  • Specify when you want it scheduled (i.e. waiting period after the previous step).

  • Choose the person to whom this task should be assigned.

  • Set the priority level (optional)

Warning! The prospect will be paused in the campaign until the Make a Call step is actioned from the Buzz Dashboard.

When you select the Send Message step, please identify the following components:

  1. The phone number you wish to send the message from.

  2. Choose between an enriched or personal phone number.

  3. The content of your text message (keep it concise).

  4. If included in your package, you can utilize AI for assistance.

  5. If you have Calendly connected, you can also use it to generate a link to a meeting. The link will be sent alongside the message.

Approval: If you prefer to manually approve messages before they are sent, enable this option. If enabled, the prospect will be paused until you take action in the Buzz Dashboard.
