Getting and Managing Dialer Numbers

Due to recent regulatory changes in the U.S., SMS sending functionality is temporarily unavailable. You can still purchase numbers with SMS capabilities, but sending SMS will not be possible at this time. We’re working on a solution and will provide updates as soon as possible.

Buzz Dialer is a tool designed for sales outreach that allows users to make phone calls directly from the Buzz platform. It helps streamline and automate outbound calling efforts, enabling sales teams to quickly engage with leads and prospects. Buzz Dialer seamlessly integrates with the broader Buzz platform to support multi-channel communication efforts in sales and outreach campaigns. 

How to Get a Dialer Number  

  1. Click the Phone icon on the top right of your Workspace.

  1. To get a new phone number, click Get Started or +New Number. To see the numbers you are currently paying for, click Switch. 

3. Select the country and the phone category to the geographical area for the phone number. If you would like these numbers to send text, toggle on the SMS option.

Good to know: You're free to purchase a number from any country, and it doesn't need to match your Voicemail Drops number (if you have one).

Please note that proof of residence is required before purchasing numbers based in the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Jordan, Denmark, Canada.

To start the verification process, please contact Customer Support.

If you would like the number to handle inbound calls and texts, enter a redirect number. 

4. Specify how many phone numbers you wish to buy using the provided configuration.

5. Click Purchase.

 

Please note: The availability and pricing of the numbers may vary depending on the region.

 

The phone numbers you purchase will be automatically renewed monthly and the payment will be deducted from your Buzz Credits.

  • All call charges are deducted from your credit balance. For detailed and up-to-date pricing, please reach out to your Account Manager.

  • You can place calls to any country. Charges are calculated per minute, and international calls will consume more credits than calls made within your number's home country.
