Meet the Buzz App — a new way to manage your campaigns, engage with prospects, and stay on top of your workspace, all from your mobile device.

Designed for efficiency and ease, the app brings essential Buzz features right to your fingertips, eliminating the need to rely solely on the web version.

How To Use the App

From switching between accounts to tracking campaign performance and engaging with prospects, everything you need is just a tap away.

When you first log in, you’ll notice four (or five, if you are an admin) main tabs that help you navigate the app.

Inbox

All your conversations with prospects are displayed here for quick access. You can:

  • Reply to messages on the go via the Social Platform or email.

  • Compose a new email by tapping the button in the bottom right corner of the Email tab:

  • View detailed prospect information by tapping their profile picture in the top right corner.

  • Check the campaign a prospect is part of and track the latest steps taken for them.

Campaigns

This tab provides a complete list of your Social Account campaigns:

If you tap on a campaign, you'll be able to view its detailed information:

Scroll down to see campaign statistics, including contact and connection rates. From here, you can also pause or resume a campaign with a single tap:

Archive or delete campaigns using the three-dot button in the bottom left corner:

Reports

The Reports tab gives you instant access to key campaign statistics, just like in the web version of Buzz. Apply filters to refine your data using the filter button in the top right corner:

Settings

The Settings tab allows you to configure various aspects of your account on the go:

  • Basic Information: Update your user name, email, phone number, company details, and industry.

  • Password: Change your user password.

  • Notifications: Choose the notifications you want to receive from the app.

  • Workspace > Basic Information: Rename your workspace, enable or disable deduplication feature, and set up prospects' email verification before sending emails.

  • Members: View all workspace members and their roles.

  • Help Center & Learning: Access helpful resources and educational videos.

  • Log Out: Sign out of your account.

Admin (For Admin Users Only)

If you have admin rights, you’ll see an additional tab for managing customer workspaces.

Here, you can:

  • View a complete list of customer workspaces.

  • Access workspace details and apply filters.

  • Log in as a customer for management purposes.

How to Switch Between Social Accounts

Click on your account’s profile picture in the top left corner of the screen and effortlessly switch between all connected Social Accounts:
