Buzz Chrome Extension is a new powerful tool set to transform your experience with Buzz. Now, with just a few clicks, you can effortlessly sign up and sync your Social account without needing to check your email or enter a security pin.
To start using the extension, head to the Google Chrome store and install the extension. Once it’s installed, visit dash.buzz.ai to start adding a new Social account.
How to Add a New Social Account Using the Extension
Note: Please log in to your Social Page on Google Chrome before beginning the connection process.
When you first load up your dashboard, click Connect with Chrome Extension. If you already have one or several Social accounts added, click on the name of the account in the left-hand sidebar, scroll to the end and select + New Account.
In the pop-up window, click Connect with Chrome Extension.
3. After redirecting to your Social Page, the extension will return you to Buzz and prompt you to connect your account. To proceed, click Connect.
Upon successful authorization, you will see the following notification:
Buzz will then automatically retrieve all account data, including your name, email, and profile picture.
How to Use Buzz’s Chrome Extension for Easier Prospect Browsing
When browsing the Social Platform for potential prospects, Buzz’s Chrome Extension streamlines the process. Simply click the Buzz icon on the right side of the page to get started.
This will open quick access to the Buzz Extension. Here is what it looks like:
From here, you will have a variety of options. You can mark the prospect as a lead, add a label to help with identification, enrich their profile, or add them directly to your campaign — all without leaving the Social interface.
In the Experience Info tab, you can view the prospect’s work experience.
In the Campaign Info tab, you can add the prospect to a campaign on any Social Account linked to your Buzz account. Scroll down to view the list of available Social Accounts.
In CRM Deals, you have the option to create a new deal or add the prospect to an existing one.
The Forward Conversation tab allows you to enter an email address to forward your conversation with this prospect. Just enter the email and press Forward to apply changes.
The My Task tab displays all tasks pending your approval.
The Settings tab in the extension provides shortcuts to key Buzz tabs. Clicking any of these will open the corresponding tab on the Buzz website.
How to Leave AI Comments Using Buzz’s Chrome Extension
While on the Social Platform, select the post you would like to comment on. Then, choose the tone for the comment you want to generate and click the most suitable option:
The system will generate a relevant comment based on the content of the post.
