Buzz Video is an innovative tool designed to amplify your outreach efforts while adding a personal touch with a single video, capable of reaching thousands. These videos enhance your likelihood of receiving responses, as they create a more intimate connection with your audience.
By incorporating a prospect’s Social profile into the video, trust is more easily established between them and your brand.
Buzz Videos can be directly integrated into your campaign actions.
How to Record a Buzz Video
There are two ways to record a new video and view the already existing ones.
The first one is through the Send Message step of your campaign. Here, you will find the option to include a video.
Note that a video can be added at any of the steps containing text (Send Connection Request, Send Message, Send Email, Send InMail).
Clicking on this option presents the choice of using pre-recorded content or recording a new video.
To upload a new video, simply press the + Create video button at the bottom of the form. If you already have recordings, scroll down to locate the button.
Before proceeding, ensure that your camera and microphone are properly set up with access permissions granted.
You will then be prompted to fill out key fields:
Scenario Name: This is for internal use, helping you manage and organize your videos.
Title: The title that will be visible to your prospects.
Subtitle: Additional descriptive text.
For both the title and subtitle, placeholders can be used. These placeholders will automatically pull personalized data from each prospect’s profile, ensuring your message is tailored to the recipient.
Scrolling further, you will find the most important section where the video is recorded. Before starting, check the settings on the right-hand side.
In this section, you can adjust the size of your avatar, represented by the black circle located in the bottom left corner. Once you grant Buzz permission to access your camera, this placeholder will be replaced with your image.
You can also choose whether to mirror the image and modify the scroll speed during recording.
Once ready, click Start Recording. Here, you can engage with your prospect by discussing details of their bio, experience, or interests.
While speaking, use the accompanying panel to click on relevant sections of the prospect’s Social page, ensuring your video aligns visually with your dialogue.
As you move forward, you will have the opportunity to add a call-to-action (CTA) message, accompanied by a link of your choosing. If you opt for a Calendly link, a calendar will be embedded on the landing page. For other tools, the CTA will appear as a clickable button leading to your chosen URL.
You can also assign a custom domain to host the landing page where your video will be displayed.
After finishing the recording, click Save in the top-right corner. Your video is now ready to be included in your campaign.
This interactive approach allows you to craft a single video, which is then uniquely tailored to thousands of prospects by dynamically pulling data from their profiles.
Resources Tab
Another way to access your video recordings is by navigating to the Resources tab (previously known as the Templates tab) located in the left sidebar. From there, select My Buzz Videos at the top of the page and follow the previously outlined steps to create a new recording seamlessly.
Note that you also have the option to preview your video by choosing it in the My Buzz Video section and clicking Preview. Here, you are also able to edit any of your recordings.
How to Upload a Prerecorded Video
If you prefer a different video format, you can also upload a prerecorded video. To do that, click Upload instead of Start Recording and choose the file from your device.
How to use Buzz Video for Posts
Posts provide an effective way to engage relevant prospects, especially those who have shown interest in your product, service, or industry.
When creating a Buzz Video for these prospects, focus on three key elements:
Mention the company or author of the post.
Show that you understand the content of their post.
Explain why you targeted them based on that specific post.
