Buzz has its own CRM tool that integrates directly within your dashboard and works alongside other CRM softwares that you have connected.
You can track your deals, manage your prospects, and monitor your wins and losses easily with Buzz’s CRM tool.
Build pipelines within Buzz with just a few simple clicks, and create deals straight from your inbox as soon as you get that confirmation message from the prospect. What’s more, it’s so easy to set up and use. Follow the guidelines below to activate the CRM tool from Buzz:
1. Head to the Integrations tab, which you can access via the left-hand side menu on your dashboard.
2. Click on CRM at the top, find the Buzz CRM integration and click the Connect button.
You will see a notification at the bottom of the screen confirming that Buzz CRM is connected:
3. Once you have connected it, just press Manage to start creating your pipelines.
How to Create a Deal Using Buzz CRM
To get started, you’ll need to create a pipeline where your prospects will be added.
Set Up a Pipeline
Follow these steps:
Navigate to the Pipeline tab.
In the top right corner, select Buzz CRM from the drop-down menu.
Click the three-dot button and choose + Add Pipeline.
4. Enter a name for your pipeline and click Create.
5. Once created, refresh the page to ensure the new pipeline appears.
Add a Stage to Your Pipeline
Click the Add Stage button.
Name your stage, assign a probability, and click the green checkmark to save.
Create a Deal in Buzz CRM
Let’s say you’ve just closed a deal with a prospect and want to add them to your Buzz CRM pipeline. Here’s how:
Open the conversation with the prospect.
On the right sidebar, find the CRM deals section and click + New deal.
3. Fill in all the required fields:
Platform: Select Buzz CRM from the dropdown.
Deal Name: Name it however you prefer.
Pipeline: Choose the one you created earlier (e.g., Test Pipeline).
Stage: Select the appropriate stage.
Deal Amount: Enter the amount and choose the currency.
Deal Owner: Assign the deal to the appropriate user.
Probability: Set the win probability.
4. Click Create to save the deal.
You’ll now see the deal listed under the Pipeline tab in Buzz CRM.
Manage Your Pipeline
You can continue building your pipeline by adding more stages as needed. To manage deals, simply drag and drop them between stages to reflect their current status.
