Buzz offers a seamless Pipedrive integration through a native two-way connection, enabling you to add and manage your deals directly from either your Buzz Pipeline or Pipedrive.

In this article, we’ll guide you through connecting Pipedrive to your Buzz account and share practical tips to ensure your integration runs flawlessly.

How to Connect Your Pipedrive

  1. Log in to your Buzz account.

  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab.

  3. Select the CRM Integrations filter.

  4. Locate and choose the Pipedrive integration.

  5. Click Connect.

6. You will be redirected to the Pipeline login page where you can enter your Pipedrive credentials and confirm the integration.

Once the CRM is connected, the Pipeline tab will appear in the navigation bar on the left side.

How to Add Deals

Adding deals to your Buzz Pipeline and Pipedrive is easy.

  1. Find your prospect in the Inbox.

  2. Select the prospect you would like to add to your CRM.

  3. Click on the + New deal from the Profile Card under CRM deals.

4. Choose the deal stage, then enter the deal name, value, and currency.

5. Click Create.

Another Way to Add Your Pipedrive Deals

To add your deals using an alternative method, navigate to the Pipeline tab on your dashboard. Once there, select Pipedrive from the dropdown menu located at the top of the page.

Next, hover over the screen and click on + Add Deal:

Complete all the required fields, including the deal name, pipeline, stage, amount, owner, probability, and status.

Be sure to also add the relevant prospects and companies. Once all the information is filled out, click Create to finalize the deal.

The deal will be automatically added to both your Buzz Pipeline and Pipedrive account. Any subsequent changes made in Buzz or your CRM will update the deal’s stage, value, currency, name, or won/lost status accordingly.

This integration features a two-way synchronization, ensuring that any changes made to the deal status in Pipedrive are automatically reflected within the platform.

If for some reason you do not see them reflected on Buzz Pipeline, try refreshing your deals by going to the Pipeline tab and clicking the synchronization button in the top right corner.

A Few More Things

  • You can link multiple CRMs to a single Buzz account

  • If you have several pipelines in Pipedrive, each will seamlessly sync with the Buzz Pipeline. You can manually select the specific pipeline to which you would like to assign your deal

  • Buzz's Pipedrive integration is available in the Pipedrive Marketplace
