Among the various useful Buzz integrations, we offer the ability to incorporate Calendly as a tool to enhance your productivity with Buzz.
What is Calendly?
Calendly is a scheduling tool designed to simplify the process of setting appointments and meetings.
It allows users to share their availability through a personalized link, where others can choose a convenient time slot for meetings, based on the user’s preferences.
It integrates with various calendar services like Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCloud to automatically sync appointments and prevent double bookings.
How to Integrate Calendly into Your Buzz Workflow
To begin, navigate to your dashboard and select Integrations from the left-hand sidebar. Enter "Calendly" in the search bar.
Once Calendly appears, click Connect.
Your browser will then redirect to the Calendly login page to ensure a seamless integration.
Keep in mind that Calendly integration applies across your entire user account, not just to a single credential. This means one Calendly account will be linked to all credentials associated with your user profile.
To use a different Calendly account, you will need to switch between users or disconnect your current Calendly account in favor of a new one.
After connecting your Calendly account, head to your Inbox and choose the prospect you want to share your Calendly link with.
To proceed, click the small calendar icon at the bottom of the message field and select the type of event you would like to offer your prospect. You can set up multiple event types within your Calendly account.
Once you click Insert Link, the system will automatically generate a meeting link that you can send to your prospect for booking.
Once the meeting is confirmed, it will appear on the right-hand side, where all past meetings will also be displayed.
Integrating Calendly with Buzz streamlines your scheduling process, allowing for more efficient interactions with prospects. By simplifying the way meetings are booked and tracked, you can focus on what matters most—building strong, productive relationships.
