Buzz + Calendly Integration Overview

If scheduling meetings with prospects often turns into a back-and-forth, the Buzz + Calendly integration is here to help. It's designed to make booking time feel effortless for you and for the people you’re talking to. Instead of juggling messages and calendars, you can share your availability in seconds and keep the conversation moving forward smoothly.

Buzz integrates with Calendly so you can quickly share scheduling links with prospects and keep meeting info visible inside Buzz.

What is Calendly?

Calendly is a scheduling tool that lets you share a link showing your availability. Prospects pick a time that works, and Calendly can sync with calendar providers to help avoid double bookings.

Important: Calendly in Buzz is a user-level integration. This means the connection is tied to your individual Buzz user account, not to your entire workspace. Each user who wants to use Calendly must connect their own Calendly account while logged into their Buzz user. You will not see Calendly connections made by other users in your workspace, even if you have access to the same workspace or campaigns.

What you’ll be able to do in Buzz

• Connect your own Calendly account to your Buzz user (each user connects individually)

• Insert a Calendly booking link directly in Inbox conversations

• See confirmed meetings and view upcoming meetings with prospects

• Use it for booking meetings via our AI Employee (Calendly connection is required to complete AI Employee setup and use AI Employees in campaigns)
