Whether you are exploring new strategies with your numbers, entering a different area, or simply looking for a fresh number, here is a quick guide on managing your Buzz Dialer numbers effectively.
Click the phone icon in the top-right corner.
Select the Gear icon next to “Buzz Dialer.”
3. In the Phone Numbers tab, you can:
See the current status of your number;
Enable or disable SMS by clicking the toggle;
Change the number where inbound calls are directed;
Delete numbers. If you no longer need a number, click the red trash can icon. Deleting a number will disable incoming messages/calls and prevent it from using your monthly Buzz Credits.
To add a redirect number, click the + Add number button, enter the number, and press Save.
4. In the Call Recordings tab, you can browse all your call recordings. This includes details like the date, duration, the prospect’s name, the associated campaign, and both the dialer and prospect numbers.
You can also download any of the recordings by pressing the download button next to the play button.
How to Track and Manage your Calls
Once a call is scheduled, you will need to manually complete this step in the campaign:
Go to the Dashboard tab.
Select My Tasks for a full list of your tasks. To view only Make a Call tasks, click the Filter icon on the left and choose Make a Call under Task type:
3. Click on the specific task you want to complete from the list:
4. To call from Buzz, select Open Dialer; this will initiate the call if there is a number associated with the contact:
5. After the call, add any relevant notes in the description box.
6. Click Complete to move the task to your completed list.
7. If the call was successful and you want to stop the campaign for this prospect, scroll to Campaign Info in the contact card on the right and click Pause Campaign.
By following these steps, you can streamline your call management and ensure each contact receives the best possible follow-up.
