In the Inbox tab, you can do more than just message your prospects: you can also view essential details about them, schedule tasks, and access a range of useful features. This guide will walk you through all the options available in the Inbox.
Menu Options
Above the conversation, you will find a menu with different options.
Social: View your messages with the prospect from the Social platform. This tab syncs with your Social Account;
Emails: Send emails directly through Buzz, schedule meetings, and utilize our AI Assistant for engaging email suggestions.
You can also use our new AI Email Service for streamlined outreach.
Dialer: Use this tab to send SMS messages, call prospects, and leave ringless voicemails. For more details, check out our articles on Dialer/SMS and Voicemail Drops.
Tasks: See all tasks pending approval for the prospect, and options to put tasks on hold, skip, or complete them.
Activity: Review the full history of interactions with the prospect.
Notes: Leave internal notes visible only to you, which you can edit or delete as needed by clicking on Edit.
Posts: See AI-generated comments you have left on the prospect's posts. Learn more about AI-generated comments here.
Click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner for additional interaction options.
Refresh dialog: Refresh the current conversation;
Not interested: If the prospect has been marked as a Lead or Customer before, choosing this option will remove this mark;
Forward to email: Forward the conversation to a specified email address;
Push to СRM: Add the prospect to your preferred CRM;
Exclude from Campaign: Add the prospect to the Blacklist;
Change Campaign: Move the prospect to a different campaign;
Remove from Campaign: Remove the prospect from the campaign.

Moving down, you will see the messaging options:
Click the magic wand icon to unlock Buzz's AI Content Assistant, making your messaging easier and more creative. Visit this article to find out more about this feature.
Click the message button to access your saved messaging templates. From there, you can edit existing ones or create new templates, making it easy to store and quickly find your favorites.
The smile button allows you to quickly access the emoji panel.
Click the calendar button to send your prospect a meeting link via our native Calendly integration:
The clock button next to Send lets you schedule your message for a specific date and time:
Prospect Info Card
To the right of the chatbox, you will find the prospect’s info card.
Here, you can view the prospect’s name, position, location, and company.
By clicking on Labels, you can assign custom labels to categorize prospects. Learn more about labels here.
Under Labels, you will find AI-detected sentiment analysis for the conversation, showing the general tone or status of your dialog.
You can also mark the prospect as a lead or customer for easy sorting.
Scroll down for the contact data and additional sections. In Contacts, you can view and copy relevant contact details:
In AI Employees, you can assign an AI Employee to manage your conversation with the prospect by clicking Select.
If an AI Employee is already assigned, this section will display their name along with key performance statistics. You can deactivate the AI Employee or replace it with a different one:
In Campaign Info, see the prospect’s current campaign, track steps completed, and view the campaign’s overall status. Quickly access the campaign by clicking Open.
In Meetings, you are able to review upcoming and past meetings with the prospect scheduled via Calendly. For more information on Calendly integration, see this article.
In CRM Deals, you can add the prospect to an existing deal or create a new one directly from the info card:
Under Work Experience, view the prospect’s detailed professional background:
