The AI Email Service is a powerful new feature in Buzz that simplifies the creation of multiple custom mailboxes with mirror domains, all directly accessible in your outreach campaigns.
This service lets you customize domains to align with your company name, giving your emails a personalized and professional touch — all without needing to leave the Buzz platform.
The AI Email Service saves you the time and effort of navigating multiple domain providers, figuring out domain purchases, or monitoring mailbox effectiveness.
Buzz’s AI Email Service also includes automatic Email Warming for each mailbox created, meaning you never have to worry about missing your prospects' inboxes.
How to Set Up AI Email Service
Note: You must be on the Growth plan or higher to access the AI Email Service.
To start setting up your first mailbox, go to the Mailboxes tab.
How to Purchase Domains
In the AI Email Service section, you will find an overview of your active domains, mailbox slots, and mailboxes, along with a brief guide on setting up the AI Email Service and some of the use cases.
First, you will need to purchase a domain. To do that, click Purchase under Active Domains:
2. Enter the name of your primary domain:
3. For an additional touch, use Auto Generate with AI to create a similar domain name based on your entry:
You can choose the generated option, edit it to suit your preferences, or delete it and start from scratch. If you need to purchase mirror domains:
Enter the number required in the Number of Domains field before using AI.
Alternatively, configure them manually by clicking + Add Another Domain.
After clicking Next, you will see the domain(s) you are about to purchase and the total purchase amount. If any domain shows as Unavailable, try a different name.
Your monthly credits will be deducted for each domain purchased.
Please note that each domain can support up to 3 mailboxes, so keep that in mind when deciding on the number of domains you need.
Click Purchase to finalize the domain purchase. After this, proceed to buy mailbox slots.
What Are Mailbox Slots and Why Do You Need Them?
Mailbox slots act as essential connectors between your domains and emails. Before creating mailboxes, you will need to purchase slots to house them — this step is crucial and cannot be bypassed. Keep in mind that each slot holds one mailbox.
Go to the Overview tab and click Purchase under Mailbox Slots.
2. Adjust the number of slots as needed using the “+” and “-” buttons or the toggle bar.
Each slot has a monthly charge, and slots can be reallocated across any purchased domains.
Click Purchase to finalize.
How to Create Mailboxes
Once you have the necessary slots, you can start creating mailboxes by clicking Create under Active Mailboxes:
You will have the option to create mailboxes with AI or manually.
If you opt for AI:
Select the domain(s) you would like to link your new mailbox(es) to. Note that each domain can host up to 3 mailboxes, so the number available will depend on how many you have already created.
Set the number of mailboxes needed for each domain.
After choosing options, click Next to proceed to name your mailboxes. Then, select the names you want for your mailboxes:
The Random options allow you to generate mailboxes with random male or/and female names.
To regenerate a mailbox name, simply click the refresh button next to the desired mailbox:
The Predefined option is used for generating consistent mailbox names across domains. Here, you need to type the name yourself:
After clicking Auto Generate with AI, you will see the details about your new mailboxes. You can either edit these entries manually or delete them to create your own by clicking + Add Another Mailbox.
Next, navigate to the Mailboxes tab to review the mailboxes you have created. You can also create new mailboxes directly from this tab by following the same process described earlier.
NOTE: Mailboxes created with AI Email Service are linked to your Social Account, while domains are accessible across the entire workspace. This means that multiple Social Accounts within a single workspace share the same domain pool, allowing them to create mailboxes on those shared domains.
What Is Warming?
Email warmup is the process of gradually increasing the number of emails sent from your newly-created mailbox to establish its credibility with email service providers. By sending a controlled volume of emails that receive positive engagement (like opens, clicks, and replies), warmup improves deliverability.
Email warming is automatically activated for every new AI mailbox you create.
How to Use AI Mailboxes in Campaigns and Inbox
To use your AI mailboxes in campaigns, select the mailbox during the Send Email step. You can add one or more mailboxes as senders and continue setting up the campaign.
Enabling the Use All AI Email Service Mailboxes toggle ensures your emails are sent from all AI mailboxes configured on your account. Any AI mailboxes added or removed will automatically update within this step.
Please note that when this option is enabled, selecting a specific AI mailbox is not possible:
You can still use any of your regular mailboxes alongside the AI mailboxes, accessible under the My Inboxes tab.
The AI Email Service can also be accessed in the Inbox tab. Select a conversation, click Emails, then Send email:
Choose the mailbox you would like to use:
With this new feature, mass email outreach campaigns can be executed much faster and more cost-effectively, with minimal risk to inbox reputation.
Before the AI Email Service, Buzz users had to manually purchase domains, create and link mailboxes, integrate each one into Buzz, and continually maintain them — requiring extensive time and effort.
The AI Email Service simplifies this process, allowing users to achieve the same results in just a few clicks, dramatically reducing labour and enhancing efficiency.
