To open your Inbox, click on the Inbox tab on the left-hand side of the screen:

The Filter button allows you to sort your conversations using various criteria.

Here is a breakdown of the available filters and what each one does:

Additional Filters

At the top of the window, click the arrow to access more filters:

  • All: displays all conversations;

  • Unread: shows conversations with unopened messages;

  • Replied: displays conversations where prospects have replied;

  • Starred: displays only “starred” conversations;

  • Archived: shows archived conversations;

  • No reply: shows conversations where the prospect opened your message but did not reply.

How to Star and Archive Dialogs

To further organize your Inbox, you can manage each conversation individually by clicking the three-dot menu next to a conversation:

Here, you can:

  • Mark the conversation as unread;

  • Refresh the dialog;

  • Add the dialog to starred (also accessible via the star icon under the prospect’s photo);

  • Archive the dialog.

At the bottom of the dialog list, you can find a small refresh button that allows you to refresh all the conversations at once:

Color Coding In the Inbox

If you are curious about the colored dots next to your prospects, here is a quick breakdown of their meaning:

New: A fresh prospect added to the system, with no actions taken yet. This is the starting point for engagement.

Contacted: The prospect has been reached out to via a connection request, message, InMail, email, or another method, but there has been no response yet.

Connected: Indicates a successful connection has been established with the prospect, such as an accepted Social request. The prospect is now aware of your outreach.

Replied: The prospect has responded to your outreach, initiating a two-way interaction. It's time to nurture this relationship and move them further down the pipeline.

Lead: The prospect is showing potential interest or alignment with your offerings.

Customer: The prospect has converted into a paying client.

Pending: The system has identified the prospect's profile, but attempts to contact the prospect have been unsuccessful. Please visit this article to learn more about potential causes and solutions.

Unreachable: The system couldn't identify the prospect's profile, making it impossible to contact them.

This guide should help you navigate your Inbox effectively and make the most of each conversation.
