Buzz's AI-Powered Labels track eight core sentiments to give you a well-rounded view of your prospects and help you understand engagement level at a glance.

Here is the process behind AI-powered labeling: upon activation, the system forwards the most recent messages from your conversation with the prospect to OpenAI, asking it to classify the interaction. Once the AI generates a response, the prospect is assigned a relevant label based on the categorization.

In this article, we will go through all the labels and explain what they mean.

How to Activate AI-Powered Labels

To enable this feature, upgrade to the Growth plan or higher. Contact your Account Executive or navigate to the subscriptions settings to upgrade. If you are already on the Growth plan:

  1. Click on your username in the top right corner of the page.

  2. From the drop-down menu, select Workspace Settings.

3. Under Workspace Settings, choose Auto Labels.

4. At the top of the page, click on the toggle beside AI- powered sentiment analysis.

Once it is set up, Auto Labels will automatically apply to all your conversations with prospects.

It's also helpful to understand what each label represents.

Interested

Prospect has shown a higher level of interest than a Neutral Response.

  • Example 1: "This sounds quite interesting! Can you provide more details on how this would benefit our operations?"

  • Example 2: "I have been looking for a solution like this. Could we schedule a call to discuss this further?"

  • Example 3: "Your product/service seems to align with our current needs. Can you send over some more information or a proposal?"

Neutral

Prospect is not engaging with interest or disinterest. This is likely small talk or knee-jerk reactions to your messages.

  • Example 1: "Thanks for connecting."

  • Example 2: "Likewise."

  • Example 3: "Alicia, nice to meet you too!"

Not Interested

Prospect is showing signs that they are not interested.

  • Example 1: "Thanks for the info, but we are not looking to make any changes at this time."

  • Example 2: "I do not think this is a good fit for us, but thanks for reaching out."

  • Example 3: "We have already invested in a similar solution, so we won’t be needing your services."

Hard No

This prospect is telling you they are not interested or appear to be trying to shut down further conversation.

  • Example 1: "Unsubscribe."

  • Example 2: "No, thanks."

  • Example 3: "We have already invested in a similar solution, so we will not be needing your services."

Wrong Contact

You have reached out to the wrong person and they have not given you a new point of contact.

  • Example 1: "Unfortunately I am not the decision maker at XYZ Company for new products. I will keep that in mind in the future."

  • Example 2: "I appreciate the messages but I'm not interested and I am also not the person within my organization who makes decisions on products like yours. Thanks."

  • Example 3: "I am not the person that makes decisions on if we use platforms like this. That comes from our leadership at the top and trickles down. My apologies!"

Making an Introduction

You have reached out to someone who is giving you a new point of contact.

  • Example 1: "I believe you may have contacted the wrong person as I am not in charge of procurement. You might want to reach out to Jane Doe at [email protected]."

  • Example 2: "It seems like this email was intended for someone else, as I do not handle vendor relationships. Please contact our purchasing department for assistance."

  • Example 3: "I am not the right contact for this matter. I recommend reaching out to our HR department at [email protected] for further assistance."

Out of Office

This person is currently Out Of Office.

  • Example 1: "Thank you for your email. I am currently out of the office with no access to email. I will return on MM/DD/YYYY and will respond to your message at that time."

  • Example 2: "I am currently away from the office and will not return until MM/DD/YYYY. For urgent matters, please contact [Alternate Contact]."

  • Example 3: "Thank you for reaching out. I am out of the office until MM/DD/YYYY. I will review your message upon my return."

A Few More Things

Once a label is assigned when the feature is activated, it will remain even if the feature is later disabled.

Labeling decisions are managed by the AI, so prospects cannot be manually unlabeled.

Each labeling request incurs a system charge.
