The Prospects tab functions as a hub for managing all prospects across your campaigns. Understanding how to navigate and utilize this tab can significantly enhance your workflow.

This article will explore its key features and functions to help you work more efficiently.

Locating the Tab

To access the Prospects tab, simply click on Prospects from the left sidebar.

Within this section, you will find a comprehensive list of your prospects, along with details such as their associated campaigns, upcoming actions, the companies they represent, and their contact information.

At the top, you will see several key options that allow for more effective interaction with your prospects:

  • Enrich - Retrieve verified contact information for your prospects. Learn more about profile enrichment here.

  • Action - Access a wide range of actions you can apply, either to selected prospects or to all by checking the appropriate boxes.

In this section, you can pause or resume the campaign for your prospects, transfer them from one campaign to another, remove or exclude the prospects from the campaign as well as remove them from Blacklist and modify assigned labels.

  • Push to CRM - Send prospects directly to your CRM.

  • Export - Export prospect information as a CSV file.

You have the option to export specific prospects (Export selected) or retrieve data from all pages, with a maximum limit of 3,000 entries per export.

Filters

In the top left corner, you will find a Filter icon.

Clicking this will open a range of filters, making it easier to search through your prospects with precision.

These filters include:

  • Labels: Sort prospects based on customized labels.

  • Auto Labels: Similar to Labels, but auto-generated by AI based on your communications with prospects.

  • Status: Sort prospects by their status in the campaign (e.g., Contacted, Connected, Replied). Check out this article to find out more about the different statuses and what they mean.

  • Prospect Info: Sort prospects by their personal or work emails.

  • Profile options: Show only prospects with open or closed profiles.

  • Viewed options: This filter sorts profiles based on whether they have been viewed and whether relevant information has been gathered.

This metric is useful when verifying the presence of open profiles before sending out InMails as part of your campaign. The Default option signifies that the system currently lacks data regarding whether the profile is Open or Closed.

Viewed corresponds to profiles where information has been successfully gathered, whereas Not Viewed filters out only those profiles for which no data exists so far.

  • Connected date: Select prospects you have connected with within a specific time range.

  • Approval status: Select prospects based on whether their steps have been approved or if they are currently on hold or pending your approval.

  • Waiting Status: Categorize prospects based on their current state:

    Default: No specific waiting condition is applied.

    Waiting for prospect action: Pending a response or action from the prospect.

Here are the reasons why this status might be shown:

  1. The system is waiting for the prospect to accept the connection request;

  2. The system is waiting for the prospect to accept the InMail request;

  3. The video you have recorded for the prospect is processing;

  4. Connect with this profile has been withdrawn.

Waiting for delay between steps: Paused due to a scheduled delay in the step.

Not Waiting: The campaign is actively progressing for the prospect without delays, and the steps queued are advancing without any issues.

  • Campaign: Filter prospects by specific campaigns.

  • Next step: Displays prospects based on the next action that will be taken for them within a Simple campaign.

  • Next condition: Filters prospects according to the next condition that will be applied to them within a Smart campaign.

  • Replied after step: To use this filter, you will need to go a few steps back and choose a campaign first. Then you can sort prospects by the campaign steps that triggered their replies.

Prospect Finder™ (The Search Tab)

NOTE: The Prospect Finder™ has now been renamed and moved to a separate tab on your dashboard.

The Search tab provides access to a vast database of prospects, drawn from Buzz’s internal sources. Here, you can filter for Enriched Only or Recently Verified prospects (those with the most current and accurate information), and either add them in bulk to your campaigns or handpick individual ones.

You can utilize the filters found on the right to narrow down your search list.
