Enriching a prospect’s email enables you to find the most effective email address for connecting with them by using Buzz’s internal databases.

There are three methods to enrich your prospects, which we will explore in detail.

Mass-Enrichment of Prospects

  1. Go to the Prospects tab.

  2. Manually select the prospects you wish to enrich, or use the checkbox at the top of the page to mass-enrich multiple prospects.

  3. After making your selections, click on Enrich.

You will then receive one of two outcomes:

  • If the enrichment is successful, you will obtain new contact information for your prospect.

  • If Buzz is unable to find additional contact details, you will see a corresponding notification.

Enriching an Individual Prospect

  1. Within the Prospect tab, click into the Inbox of the prospect you wish to enrich.

  2. From there, select Enrich Prospect.

Enrichment via Campaign Steps

  1. Create a new campaign.

  2. Add Enrich Profile as one of the steps. This will ensure that any prospects added to your campaign are enriched automatically, eliminating the need for manual enrichment.

NOTE: Enriching an email costs 1 credit. However, credits are not deducted if Buzz fails to locate verified contact information.

After adding the Enrich Profile step, you can choose the enriched email or phone number as the preferred way of contacting your prospects in the Send Email and Send SMS steps within your campaign.

Enriched Emails vs Personal Emails

A personal email is the one a prospect lists on their Social Account. The likelihood of their profile being open and having a personal email is relatively low.

Even if the profile does contain an email, we cannot guarantee its validity as it is directly extracted from the prospect’s Social page.

In contrast, the chances of retrieving a valid enriched profile are significantly higher, making enriched emails a more reliable choice for your outreach efforts.
