Common Reasons for High Bounce Rates
You've hit your email provider’s sending limits: Providers like Google or Microsoft often have daily or hourly caps.
Your provider detected unusual sending behavior: This can include high-volume spikes or messages that look like spam.
Your email account has been temporarily restricted or blocked.
Your recipient list includes invalid or low-quality email addresses.
🚨 (Microsoft users only) You're using an older corporate Microsoft account that’s no longer compatible with supported API versions. These accounts may look valid but fail to send emails.
Quick Troubleshooting Tips
If you’re using an integrated email provider (e.g. Microsoft or Google):
Log into your email provider's dashboard;
Check the status of the connected email addresses;
Look for any account restrictions, suspensions, or sending blocks;
If necessary, follow your provider’s steps to restore sending;
If the issue continues, consider replacing the affected email addresses.

Double-Check Your Recipient Emails
Invalid recipient addresses are one of the most common (and preventable!) causes of bounces.
If you're using enriched emails, we recommend enabling the Verify prospect's emails before sending feature in your Workspace Settings to reduce the chance of invalid addresses.
If you're using personal emails, either enable the feature or manually verify the addresses before sending.
