With every campaign, you have the chance to explore a wide variety of options designed to make campaign management faster and more efficient. In this article, we will walk you through these options and explain how they work.

To view all the available options, click the three-dot button located in the top-right corner of the campaign box:

You’ll see a dropdown menu listing all the options.

Selecting this option will take you to your Prospects tab, where prospects will be automatically filtered by the specific campaign. This allows you to easily view everyone associated with the campaign.

This option lets you modify your campaign steps, update the texts within those steps, add new ones, or review the overall structure of your campaign.

Campaigns can be duplicated within a Social account. Note that all elements of a campaign are duplicated, except for the search.

By choosing this, you will be redirected to the Inbox tab, where all conversations will be automatically filtered by the selected campaign.

When you select this option and provide your email, a CSV file will be sent to you. The file will include a comprehensive list of your prospects along with their details, such as names, positions, companies, emails, phone numbers, and websites.
​

This option allows the system to revisit and check search lists that have been previously processed.

It’s particularly useful when working with lists that may have recently been updated with new prospects. Using this feature ensures the system pulls in all potential prospects from those lists.

If you no longer want a campaign to remain active, archiving it is a good choice. Keep in mind that campaigns can also be paused and resumed later if needed. For further details, refer to this article.
