If you have ever questioned whether campaigns can be duplicated —yes, they can. Here is a straightforward guide on how to achieve this.
Campaigns can be duplicated either within a credential or across a White Label.
To duplicate a campaign within a credential, follow these steps:
Locate the campaign you wish to duplicate.
Click on the three-dot icon in the corner.
Select Duplicate Campaign.
Throughout the duplication process, the campaign’s name, its settings, as well as the campaign steps are copied. However, the search component is not transferred.
For duplicating a campaign across a White Label, follow these steps:
Click the Duplicate button at the top of your Campaigns page.
2. Select the сampaign you want to duplicate.
3. Choose the appropriate workspace from the list of Customers.
4. Select the credential from the Social accounts list you want to duplicate the campaign to.
5. Click Duplicate.
Similar to duplicating within a credential, the name, settings, and steps of the campaign will be transferred, while the search component is excluded.
Note that only Workspace admins and White Label admins are able to duplicate campaigns from one account to another within a White Label.
