How to Archive or Delete Your Campaign

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Whether you want to permanently delete a campaign you no longer need or archive it for future use, this guide will show you how to do it.

Archiving Your Campaign

If you no longer want your campaign to be active, archiving it is a great option. Keep in mind that you can always pause a campaign and resume it later if needed.

To archive your campaign:

  • Click on the three-dot button next to your campaign;

  • Choose Archive Campaign.

Important: If you create a new campaign using a search that includes prospects from an archived campaign, those prospects will not be added to the new campaign by default. To include them, enable the Move Prospects setting when setting up the new campaign.

Deleting Your Campaign

If you want to permanently remove a campaign, follow these steps:

To delete your campaign:

  • Click on the three-dot button next to your campaign;

  • Select Delete Campaign.

Note: Prospects from a deleted campaign can still be added to a new campaign, but only if they have been previously removed from the campaign manually (via Prospects tab > Action > Remove from Campaign).

Important: Prospects from a deleted campaign can still be added back to the same campaign, but only if they have not been manually removed from the campaign. If they were, they will not be added back.

How to Restore a Campaign

If you ever need to bring back a deleted or archived campaign, go to the Campaigns tab, apply the Archived/Restored filter, and click Restore next to the campaign you want to recover.

❗️When you restore a deleted or archived campaign, it will automatically be set to Active if all of the features originally used to create the campaign are still available to you (for example, a voicemail step requires voicemail functionality). If any features are missing, the campaign will be restored as Inactive, and you’ll need to activate it manually.
