Important information regarding cancelations

Important notice for canceling your Buzz subscription.

Buzz requires 31 days of written notice for all cancellations.

We would hate to see you go. Please schedule a call, contact your Account Executive or the Buzz Support Chat to discuss your request and provide feedback on your experience with us.


You must meet both criteria to cancel any future payments on your subscription:

  • You have given written notice to [email protected] at least 31 days prior to the renewal of your subscription.

  • You are not bound by the terms of a Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual Contract.

The requirements above also apply to the renewal of annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly service plans.
At the end of your subscription, you will no longer have access to your Buzz account or any of the data held by Buzz, and canceling Buzz services may result in all data being lost.

We hold our customers responsible for managing their accounts and understanding the terms of our service agreement and contract terms.

If you meet these conditions and have been subsequently charged for your subscription, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Support Chat, or email [email protected] to begin the discussion about a possible refund.
