Upgrading or downgrading your Buzz plan is simple and transparent. Whether you're growing your team or adjusting your needs, we're here to support you every step of the way.

Below, you'll find clear instructions on how to make changes to your subscription, whether you're looking to upgrade seamlessly or review the requirements for a downgrade.

πŸ“ˆ Upgrading plans with Buzz is very easy to do. You can either reach out to your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager and they will assist you from there.

πŸ“‰ In order to downgrade your subscription, you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • You have provided 31 days' written notice to [email protected];

  • You do not have time remaining on your current Semi-Annual or Annual Plan.

If you do not meet the criteria above, your written notice will apply to the next subscription cycle rather than the current one.
