Changing your Plan
Upgrading plans with Buzz is common and easy to do. You can either reach out to your Account Executive, use the Support Chat (Basic Users Only) or visit the Billing Section on your dashboard.
From the billing tab, you will be able to change your service level or change your subscription length to an annual term in order to take advantage of Buzz Annual Pricing.

In order to downgrade your subscription you are required to meet the following criteria:
You have provided 31 written days' notice to [email protected]
You do not have time remaining on your current Semi-Annual, or Annual Plan.

If you do not meet the criteria above, your written notice for the current cycle, period, or contract term will be considered notice for your subsequent subscription date.
