đ Update will go live on the 1st week of April, 2025
Weâre excited to announce an update to bring back the AI Domains and new Email Sending Range settings, designed to give you greater flexibility and control over your email strategy.
Whatâs Changing?
First of all, AI Domains will be available for purchase again on the 1st week of April, 2025
As for email limits, previously, the Email Sending Range applied to your entire Account. With this update, it will now be configured separately for each individual mailbox (integrated & AI Email Service). This means youâll be able to set a unique email-sending range for each mailbox independently.
Additionally, this change will come with a UI update: the Email Sending Range setting will be moved from your Account Settings to the Mailboxes tab, where you can select a specific mailbox and configure its range.
What to Expect After the Release
For Integrated mailboxes, upon release the sending range will be set based on your current email limits per account, but you can adjust it as needed up to 300 per mailbox.
AI Email Service ranges will remain unchanged. By default, each AI mailbox is configured to send no more than 25 emails per day.
How to Prepare
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend the following:
Consider the optimal sending range for each of your connected mailboxes. If a mailbox is linked to multiple Accounts, think about how you might want to distribute its sending capacity once the update is live.
If you have any questions about the upcoming update, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team.
âď¸Important
The actual total sending limit from all accounts you've connected to a given mailbox is applied by the email provider.
If a mailbox is linked to multiple Accounts, its total email sending capabilities will be capped differently depending on the email provider's limits policy. For example:
Google allows you to send up to 500 emails per day from a Free Gmail Account and up to 2000 from Paid Google Workspace accounts.
Microsoft Outlook doesnât publicly disclose exact limits for free accounts, but user reports and general consensus suggest a cap around 300 emails per day for verified accounts with good reputation. New or low-reputation accounts may face stricter limits (e.g., 10-100 emails). The limit resets on a rolling 24-hour basis, with a maximum of 100 recipients per email.
For example, if you have one Free Gmail mailbox connected to 2 Accounts with 299-300 daily sending range on each connection, the total sending from given mailbox won't be 598-600: it'll be capped at 500 by Gmail.
Be sure to study your email provider's daily sending limits to configure limits on Buzz efficiently.
What to Do After the Update Goes Live
Once the update is released, head to your Mailboxes tab to review and adjust the sending range for each mailbox as needed.
We believe this update will enhance your experience by offering greater control over your email activity. As always, if you need assistance, our Customer Support team is here to help at [email protected] or [email protected].
