For now, when AI and Integration mailboxes are combined within the same campaign, this can result in either not reaching the daily email sending limits or taking a longer time to achieve them. This is a temporary problem that we're actively working on fixing.
To address this issue, we recommend separating AI and Integration mailboxes into two distinct campaigns.
How to Separate AI and Integration Mailboxes within a Campaign:
To optimize email campaign performance and ensure AI and Integration mailboxes are effectively separated, follow these steps:
Review Campaigns and Locate Notification:
Go to the Campaigns tab and review your campaigns. You should find a notification indicating which campaigns require action.
2. Duplicate the Campaign:
Click the three-dot button at the top left of the campaign and select Duplicate Campaign.
3. Edit Email Sending Setup for Integration Mailboxes:
Edit the duplicated campaign to send emails exclusively from Integration mailboxes:
Click into the Send Email step.
In the Sender field, under the AI Email Service tab, uncheck all AI Mailboxes.
Save the campaign.
This ensures all emails within this campaign are sent from Integration mailboxes, maximizing their use and performance.
4. Edit Email Sending Setup for AI Mailboxes:
Edit the original campaign to send emails exclusively from AI mailboxes:
Click into the Send Email step of the original campaign.
In the Sender field, under the Integrations tab, uncheck all Integration emails.
Save the campaign.
By following these steps and maintaining separate campaigns for AI and Integration mailboxes, you can ensure that your email campaigns operate smoothly and daily sending limits are fully utilized.
The issue with mixing mailboxes will be fixed promptly and you will be able to use AI and Integrated mailboxes in the same campaign again.
