If you are ready to start a targeted messaging campaign but feel unsure about where to begin, creating and using Buzz templates can be a game-changer. These templates streamline your workflow, saving you significant time and effort in the long run.
This guide will walk you through the process of creating and using Buzz templates step by step.
To create effective and impactful campaigns using Buzz templates, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the Resources tab on your home dashboard by selecting it from the left-hand menu.
Click the + Create New Template button located in the top-right corner.
3. Next, give your template a title and select its type — whether it’s a connection request, social message, email, or InMail.
4. Compose your message. You can personalize it using placeholders or use Buzz’s AI Content Assistant to refine your message or tailor its tone.
5. For easier organization, you can assign a label to your template by selecting Update Labels. Labels help categorize templates for quick access.
Additionally, by clicking on Best Practice, you will gain access to a collection of pre-made templates to jumpstart your writing. If a template isn’t quite right, you can regenerate it by clicking the refresh button below the message:
