If you have ever been curious about which particular prospects opened the emails sent through your campaigns, there are two ways you can discover this information.

To see the list of profiles that have interacted with the emails, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Inbox tab on your dashboard.

  2. Click on the Filter icon.

  3. Under Channel, select All Channels (or opt for a specific channel).

  4. Next, select Statistics, check the box for Opened Email, and hit Apply.

This will show conversations with users who have opened the emails at least once.

Alternatively, if you require a more interactive list, you can also access it in the Prospects tab. Simply go to the tab, click the Filter icon, and choose Statistics > Emails Opened.

You can download the list of these prospects as a CSV file and use it as needed. Simply select Export from the top menu, choose the prospects to include, and enter your email.

To enable tracking, just switch on the corresponding toggle while setting up your campaign:

How to Check Email Open Rates

You can track email open statistics in two ways:

  1. From the Campaigns Tab:

Navigate to the Campaigns tab and click on a campaign to view its performance statistics. Under Opened Emails, you'll find the total number of emails opened within that campaign.

2. From the Reports Tab:

Go to the Reports tab to view a graph displaying email open trends:

You can also scroll down to see the same statistic in a numerical format within the list.
