Occasionally, you may encounter a notification stating, "Your search is taking a long time to complete" next to your campaign.

This alert is unrelated to the number of prospects included in your search. Instead, it appears when our system attempts to access the search link and encounters this message from the Social Platform’s side.

This indicates that the Social Platform's server is unable to process such filter-heavy requests. The most probable cause is the excessive number of filters applied to your search.

We recommend reducing the number of filters to enhance the efficiency of your Social search.
