Setting Up Your Buzz Account

If it is your first time visiting Buzz, you will need to create an account. Here are a few simple steps to help you with that.

  1. Head to dash.buzz.ai and select Sign Up.

2. Fill in the required fields as shown in the screenshot below.

3. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then accept them by checking the box.

4. Next, verify your email by checking your inbox and clicking the link we have sent you. Alternatively, you can skip this step for now and verify it later.

5. You will be prompted to either create a new workspace or join an existing one.

  • To create a new workspace, name it whatever you like and click Create Workspace.

  • To join an already existing workspace, click Join an existing workspace.

NOTE: To join an existing workspace, enter the invitation code provided by your teammates (Workspace settings > Invite member option) and click Join.

6. Set up a new workspace by adding your workspace name and clicking Create Workspace.

7. Connect a Social Account through Buzz's Chrome Extension, or choose the Connect Account Manually option. You can also skip this step if preferred and get limited access to the platform.

Please note that connecting a Social Account requires upgrading to the Growth plan or higher.

8. Select a plan and proceed to the payment page by clicking Upgrade.

9. You will be redirected to the Strip Checkout portal for secure payment. Enter your credit card details for the recurring monthly payment.

Once the payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected back to dash.buzz.ai where you will now be able to connect your Social Account, finish the set-up process, and create your first campaign.
