Connect your Social Account

All Buzz accounts require a connected Social account, that is why we have made connecting your Social account simple.

When you arrive at the dash as a new user, you will be prompted to follow a quick 5-step process. Follow this simple guide to set up and connect your Social account with Buzz:

  1. When you first load up your dashboard, click on the blue Get Started button when prompted to add a new Social account.

2. Select your geographical location from the dropdown menu.

If you prefer to use a custom proxy, this is the point where you enter it and proceed to the following step. Once you select Use my own proxy, a form will appear, allowing you to input the required details.

When you select Use domain, the IP field will switch to a Domain field, allowing you to input your domain directly.

3. Add your time zone and accept or change your work hours:

Note: Work hours run on a 24-hour clock. Any time past 11:00 is PM.

4. Add your Social login credentials (make sure you use your correct email address and password):

If you want to avoid entering your PIN during the next step of authorization, paste your Social cookie in the designated field. To find the cookie:

  • Visit your Social page

  • Right-click on the page to open Inspect (Dev tools)

  • Click Application

  • Choose Cookies

  • Find the li_at key on the right side

  • Copy Value, go back to Buzz and paste the value into the Enter your li_at_cookie field.

If you want to skip the process mentioned above, proceed to the next step.

5. Complete your account syncing and verify your connection to Buzz by adding the PIN sent to your email or mobile device.

NOTE: You have 10 minutes to verify your account from the time the PIN is sent. Make sure that you pay attention to your inbox during this time.

Successful Login

You will know that your account is successfully connected when you see the blank Avatar on the left panel replaced with your Social profile information.

Once you have entered the PIN, your Social account is successfully connected. Buzz will start synchronizing data from your Social profile. Notice that if your Social account lacks a profile picture, your Buzz account will not have one either. If you do have a picture and it still fails to display, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support.
