Voicemail Drops Billing: Member Guide

This guide explains how VM Drops number billing works and what you can do as a Workspace Member.
What Are VM Drops Numbers?
VM Drops numbers are the phone numbers your workspace uses to send voicemail drops to prospects. Each number costs $1 per month/$12 per year (or credits, depending on how your workspace is set up). All numbers are renewed separately depending on the date of each individual purchase.
What You Can Do
By default, Workspace Members cannot purchase or renew VM Drops numbers. Your Workspace Admin can grant you those rights.
If you have been given purchase rights, you can:
Renew existing numbers
You can access those settings in the Billing tab > Add-ons > Voicemail Drop Numbers.
Note: Purchase rights do not include the ability to delete VM Drops numbers.
Only Workspace Admins and above can delete numbers.
Buying Numbers
Each number costs $1 per month/$12 a year. If you buy multiple numbers at once, the total is the sum of all selected numbers.
Numbers are only added to your workspace after payment is successfully charged — you will see them appear in the interface once the purchase goes through.
Note: VM number charges are non-refundable.
If a Payment Fails
You will see an error message explaining the reason. You can:
Remove some numbers from the order (if you selected more than one)
Retry the payment
Switch to a different saved payment method (if paying in USD)
Close the order
When paying in USD, the full order is charged to one payment method.
You cannot split an order across multiple cards.
Manage your payment methods through the Stripe Customer Portal.
When Numbers Are Unpaid
If your workspace's monthly renewal fails, VM Drops sending is paused for all numbers. You will see:
A banner at the top of every page letting you know sending is paused
Warnings in the number list, number settings, campaign steps, and selection dropdowns
A warning on campaign cards: Sending VM Drops restricted due to unpaid Numbers
Prospects assigned to VM Drops steps move to Pending with reason: Voicemail Drops Numbers are Unpaid.
Good to know:
Forwarding numbers stay active even when VM numbers are unpaid.
Prospects who already received a voicemail can still call back.
If numbers remain unpaid for 28 days, they will be permanently deleted.
Contact your Workspace Admin to resolve the payment.
Viewing Billing Information
In Workspace Settings > Billing, you can see your workspace's active VM Numbers subscription:
How many numbers are being paid for
The total charge (USD or credits)
The next billing date
