Best Practices for Navigating AskBuzz
Last updated: July 7, 2026
To get the most out of AskBuzz, you should view it not as a static search engine, but as a collaborative, intelligent sales partner.
1. Leverage Progressive Funnel Buttons
At the end of our conversations, AskBuzz will always provide customized next-step recommendations (e.g., "Find contact emails for these founders" or "Draft custom outreach copy"). These are designed based on the actual stage of your active sales cycle. Clicking these buttons saves you typing time and guarantees the next action is perfectly calibrated.
2. Give Feedback, Iterate, and Refine
If an email draft feels too stiff, too long, or too aggressive, do not start over from scratch. Simply tell AskBuzz how to adjust.
Correction Example: "The second email is perfect, but make the third one shorter and change the tone to be a bit more conversational, like a peer-to-peer message."
3. Maintain Your Campaigns
Always organize your workspace by grouping prospects into clear Campaign Folders (e.g., “Q3 Outbound Accelerator”). This keeps your data clean, ensures you do not double-contact the same individual, and allows you to generate highly accurate performance and analytics reports whenever you ask for them.
