Finding lead profiles on the Social Platform is only step one. This tutorial details how to use AskBuzz to retrieve verified professional email addresses, direct phone numbers, and company domains, and how to programmatically sync those details back to your campaign records.

📧 Work Email Search

⚖ The Interactive Enrichment Flow

Just like Sourcing, any Enrichment action is gated by the 2-Stage Playbook to prevent accidental billing of your credits pool:

  1. Stage 1: Input alignment: AskBuzz presents the list of contacts or profiles planned for enrichment. You review the names and targets in plain text.

  2. Stage 2: Gated Billing: Once approved, AskBuzz presents the final batch count, calculates the cost (1.0 credit per lookup), and displays the confirmation button: Approve Enrichment (25 credits).

  3. Click to Execute: Clicking the button triggers the background lookup. Feel free to keep chatting while the card counts down in the bottom-right corner!

🔄 Programmatic Campaign Auto-Save

Once your enrichment run completes, AskBuzz retrieves the verified data (such as fresh emails or phone numbers).

The Auto-Sync Advantage

Unlike legacy tools that make you download a spreadsheet and manually re-upload it, AskBuzz features an automated sync mechanism:

  • Automatic Campaign Matching: The backend identifies the corresponding campaign/workflow folder that these prospects belong to.

  • Real-time DB Sync: AskBuzz programmatically connects to your live Buzz database and writes the new emails/phone numbers directly back to the active prospect profiles.

  • Ready for Outbox: The moment you click the completed card to view the results table, the updated emails are already loaded into their campaign queues, moving them automatically from "Pending Verification" to "Ready to Send"!

🗃 Bulk Enrichment from the Prospects Panel

To enrich multiple contacts at once:

  1. Open the Research Panel (or Prospects Panel).

  2. Use the checkmarks to select the specific prospects you want to update.

  3. Select Enrich: Multiple (or specify Email / Phone) in the bottom-right Action Menu.

  4. Click the Send Arrow. AskBuzz will take those selections, formulate an enrichment plan in your active chat thread, and display your approval button!
