Whether you're enhancing your account's protection or simply strengthening your password, it is crucial to know how to change it quickly and easily.
If you remember your current password and are signed in, follow these five simple steps to update it:
On your dashboard, head to the top right corner where your name is written and click the drop-down arrow.
2. Select Workspace Settings.
3. In the User Settings section, find and click on the Password tab.
4. Enter your new password in the designated field and then confirm it to avoid misspelling.
5. Click the Change Password button to finalize the update.
Your password has been successfully changed.
If you don't remember your current password, perform the following steps to recover and update it:
Head to dash.buzz.ai and click Forgot Password.
2. Next, enter your e-mail address and press the Restore password button.
The system will ask you to check your email inbox. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, try looking for it in the Spam/Junk folder.
3. In the email, click Reset Password. You will be redirected to a page where you can enter your new password.
4. After you have entered and confirmed your new password, click Change Password to finish the update.
Now, you can log in to your Buzz account by entering your email, the new password, and clicking Log in.
