Before you start sharing links, it helps to understand one small detail that can save a lot of confusion later: Calendly in Buzz is connected at the user level. That means it follows you — not a specific social account — and it also affects how it works across workspaces and teammates.

💡 Key rules to know:

  • Calendly connects to your Buzz user, not a single Social Account.

  • If you’re in multiple Buzz workspaces, the integration is available to you across those workspaces.

  • Other users in your workspace don’t automatically get access to your Calendly integration.

🔁 Switching to a different Calendly account

If you connected the wrong Calendly account:

  1. Disconnect the current Calendly account.

  2. Reconnect using Incognito/Private mode to avoid login/session conflicts.
