Connecting and Using Zapier
Do you find yourself spending hours transferring data from one platform to another?
Well, Zapier might be your answer! Zapier allows you to automatically transfer information from one platform to another seamlessly and automatically based on triggers that you set!

- In Zapier, click on the "+ Create New Zap" button
- Click choose your "Trigger" and search for "Buzz"
- Click "Buzz" once found.
- Click "Event" to select what you would like to trigger the Zap. In this case, we will choose "Add Label"
- Click "Continue" then go back to your Integrations tab in the platform and find Zapier. Click "Manage"
- Click "Copy Zapier Token"
- Now enter back to Zapier and click "Sign In." A pop-up window will populate where you may past the code you just took. Click "Yes, Continue to Buzz"
- Click "Continue," then click "Test Trigger" You should see something like this
- You may now click "Close" and we must select an "Action." This will be selecting where we want this information to go. Click Action.
- Search for the app you are looking to connect to. In this case, we will use Google Sheets. Click Google Sheets
- Now we must choose the "Event" we would like to occur once the label is added (or any other trigger). There are many options here - in this case we chose "Create Spreadsheet Row"
- You will now be prompted to sign into the selected application with your credentials for that app. Then click "Continue"
- For the Action Steps, follow the prompts based on your selected application to designate which the information should go in the account and where. If there are additional options that are not needed, you may leave them blank. Once you're finished, click "Continue."
- Click "Test Action"
- Check the space you would like the test to appear to ensure it went to the correct area
- If successful, click Publish Zap!
