How to Create and Assign Success and Sales Managers to a Workspace

A White Label manager oversees a specific space within the platform.

There are three categories of White Label (WL) managers:

  • Success

  • Sales

  • Success + Sales

On the dashboard, users will only be able to see their assigned Success manager.

Adding and Removing WL Managers in Your Workspace

  1. Navigate to the Admin Panel and select Whitelabels.

  2. Choose the desired white label.

  3. In the settings menu, click on Managers located in the left-hand sidebar.

From this interface, you can easily add or remove WL managers. To delete an existing manager or modify their details, click the three-dot icon and select the desired option.

To add a new manager, press the + Create Manager button in the top right corner of the screen.

When creating a new manager, select the type of manager you wish to assign. To designate a Success + Sales manager, activate both toggles.

How to Assign a White Label Manager to Your Workspace

  1. Using the Admin panel, find the desired workspace by entering it into the Search field and clicking on it.

  2. Scroll down to the Assigned Success & Sales Team section.

  3. Here, you can assign both sales and success managers from the dropdown menus provided. All changes are automatically saved.
