      We want our users to be educated on the regulations that apply to their target regions. There are different regulations globally.

      Our platform can be used with full compliance no matter where our users and prospect are. 

      CAN-SPAM Legislation

      This legislation applies when the recipient’s identity and the context of outreach are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients. There is limited personalization and insufficient attention to targeting in the email. When following a connection request, we view this as an Opt-In for future communication across CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other major compliance regulations. We consider our best practices as abiding by this legislation as our users target the right people with the right message, aiming to bring value to a specific group whose pinpoints they understand.

      We recommend the following these CAN-SPAM Principles

      1. No false or misleading header information

      Action: Be direct, and do not mislead clients.

      2. No deceptive subject lines

      The Rule: A subject line is deceptive if the initiator of the message had actual knowledge that the subject line would be likely to mislead the recipient about a material fact.

      Action: Don't be deceptive.

      3. Inclusion of an opt-out mechanism

      The Rule: The recipient should not be forced to take any steps other than sending a reply message or visiting a single webpage

      Action: Any Response will stop the sequence. Users can add emails to Black List.

      4. Inclusion of the sender’s valid physical postal address

      Action: Use your address as a part of your email signature.
