      Using the Blacklist

      How to add to the blacklist

      The blacklist feature is a great way to help ensure specific companies or prospects are not being contacted through your campaigns.

       

      How to Navigate to the blacklist:

      1. Click on Settings
      2. Scroll down to the bottom


      Buzz can Blacklist users using any of the following attributes:

      • First name
      • Link to profile
      • Email
      • Last name
      • Website
      • Position
      • Company name
      • Twitter
      • University Name

      It's best to add the person's LinkedIn URL to help ensure that a specific person is not contacted.  As adding just their name will blacklist all people who share that same name. It's also important to remember that the company name must match the name online exactly.
