Can I Add Images to Campaign Messages?
Last updated: February 6, 2026
Want to make your campaign messages more engaging with images? You’re not alone! While direct image attachments aren’t supported just yet, there is a simple workaround you can use today.
How images work in campaign messages
At the moment, you can’t attach images (like JPGs or PNGs) directly to a campaign step. However, you can include images by adding a direct image link to your message.
How to add an image to your message
Upload your image to an image hosting service, such as Imgur or Google Drive.
Copy the direct link to the image (the link should end with
.jpg,.png, or another image file extension).Paste that link directly into the body of your campaign message.
For example, your message with the link might look like this:
Hi [First Name], here’s what I wanted to share with you:
https://i.imgur.com/example.jpg
If the sending platform supports link previews, the image will appear automatically in the message. Recipients can also click the link to open the full image in a new window.
A quick note
Direct image attachments for campaign messages are currently being reviewed by our development team. There’s no confirmed release timeline yet, but it’s definitely on our radar.
