Using Buzz's Best Email Feature

For consistent sending to Prospects without having to manually mange the sending destination and leaving emails unsent due to missing email addresses use Buzz's Best Email Feature.

When you are creating a campaign with email steps, the "Best Email" function is designed to improve your deliverability and optimize campaign performance by determining the most available email address to send to. Most teams have a preferred sending destination, whether that be work or personal.

Some teams don't care which inbox they deliver to, as long as the email is sent and received.

This feature was designed to allow teams to prioritize a delivery destination, without getting hung up when that email type is not available.

How do I use the Best Email for Prospects?

When you have two or more email types added in the "To:" section of an email step, email types can be dragged and dropped into the order of sending priority. Adjusting the order of the email type will adjust the sending priority.

The email that appears first in the list will be checked for availability first, proceeding to the second type, and finally, the third listed email type. If only two are listed, there will be no attempt on the third email type.

It is as simple as:

  1. Selecting the "Email Types" you want to engage,
  2. Dragging and dropping them into the preferred sending order,
  3. Saving the step and launching your campaign!


Important Note: If no email is available the Prospect will land in "Pending" with a warning "No Email Type." From here you can manually reengage the Prospect or decide your next steps.
