Track and Manage Calls
Where to view the scheduled calls and take appropriate action
- IClick on the 'Dashboard' icon.
- Click 'My Tasks' to see a sortable list or Click the 'Make a call' under your 'My Task' list
- In your tasks, Click the task you want to action from the list.
- To make the call from Buzz click 'Open Dialer' this will start dialing if a number has been found for this contact.
- When done, enter your notes in '+add description'
- Click 'Complete' This task will now be moved to your completed tasks.
- If the call was successful and you want to stop the campaign
- Under the contact card on the right-hand side scroll to 'Campaign Info'
- Click 'Pause Campaign'
Tip!: You can use the funnel to filter your tasks by type, status, priority, date etc.
