Track and Manage Calls

Where to view the scheduled calls and take appropriate action

  1. IClick on the 'Dashboard' icon.
  2. Click 'My Tasks' to see a sortable list or Click the 'Make a call' under your 'My Task' list my tasks
    1. In your tasks, Click the task you want to action from the list. 
  3. To make the call from Buzz click 'Open Dialer' this will start dialing if a number has been found for this contact. 
  4. When done, enter your notes in '+add description'
  5. Click 'Complete' This task will now be moved to your completed tasks. 
  6. If the call was successful and you want to stop the campaign 
    1. Under the contact card on the right-hand side scroll to 'Campaign Info
    2. Click 'Pause Campaign'

 

Tip!: You can use the funnel to filter your tasks by type, status, priority, date etc.
