How to Rerun Searches
Added new prospects to your saved sales navigator list? Changed any campaign settings?
Troubleshooting why your campaign is not pulling prospects?
Here's a best practice to help resolve that!
Rerun searches initiates and allows the system to go back and check search lists that have been previously searched through.
This is especially important when you have a list you are trying to pull prospects from that has already been run through, but recently may have had more prospects added.
It is a great way to have the platform go back and check and run through those lists to ensure they have pulled in everyone that they could.
Here's how to do it
1) Enter into your campaigns tab
2) Find the campaign whose searches you want to rerun
3) Click on the three dots next to the edit icon on the far right of your selected campaign
4. Now click on Rerun Searches (right above delete campaign)
5. You will now receive this message and the system will be prompted to go and rerun your searches to pull in your prospects.
