If you find yourself struggling with writer's block or at a loss for words, turn to the AI feature in Buzz to cleverly and promptly reply to your prospects.
To take advantage of AI-assisted inbox messaging, simply upgrade to the Growth package or a higher tier. You can easily do this by contacting your sales representative or managing your subscription in the billing tab.
- Click 'Inbox' from the menu on the left hand side of your screen
- Click the prospect you want to reply to
- Click the magic wand
under Message - Choose to enter the message intent yourself or choose one of the prompts below
- Click 'Generate'
- The Message will appear below for you to edit
- You can choose to type a new goal to refine or a quick prompt to edit the message
- If you would like a completely different message Click the arrow beside refine and choose to 'Recreate'
- If you would like a completely different message Click the arrow beside refine and choose to 'Recreate'
- You can then click 'Send' to send today or click the calendar
to schedule the message to be sent in the future.
If you are typing your own prompt make sure to put the message type (email, linked in message, etc.) for the best results.
